CarCzarRims – Rim Protectors Return Policy

At CarCzarRims, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that issues may arise during the delivery process. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for our rim protectors under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  1. Damaged Product Upon Arrival:
    • If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers are eligible for a return or exchange. Please report any damages within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • Customers must provide photo evidence of the damaged product as part of the return process.
  2. Incorrect Color Sent:
    • If the product was shipped in a different color than ordered, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [customer service email/phone number] within 30 days of receiving your product.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damaged product or incorrect color).
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping the Product:
    • The returned item must be shipped back to us within 10 business days of receiving the RA number.
    • CarCzarRims will cover the cost of return shipping for products that are damaged or sent in the wrong color.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Conditions:

  • Products returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind) must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
