CarCzaRims Return & Refund Policy
At CarCzaRims, we take pride in delivering premium rim protection made with high-grade 304 stainless steel. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive a product that meets our standards of quality and performance.
We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, and we’re happy to offer a return window under the following conditions:
30-Day Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Only products purchased directly from CarCzaRims.com are eligible.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, products must be:
- Uninstalled, unused, and in brand-new condition.
- Returned in their original packaging with all components (4 rings + spare ring, tape, and any included accessories).
- Free from scratches, adhesive residue, or signs of wear.
Any product that shows evidence of installation, use, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or partially installed rim protectors.
- Items purchased at discounted/clearance pricing.
- Customized or special-order sizes/colors.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of 15% to cover inspection and handling.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can arrange an exchange within 30 days provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you after verification.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at Carczar@ims4usa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the product securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
Final Note
Our goal is to provide durable, stylish protection for your rims. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our commitment to high standards. Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted.
